Hello everyone!
April 5, 2025
We’re making some exciting updates to how AUBC runs its programs and events. These changes won’t affect our regular games or memberships, but they’ll significantly improve how we organize and manage everything behind the scenes.
As agreed during our February 26 vote, AUBC is now officially shifting to a committee-based structure.
💡Why this change is better for the club:
Clearer roles and responsibilities
More opportunities for members to volunteer and contribute
Stronger collaboration and communication
Faster and more focused execution of tasks
Greater member and committee involvement
A more stable and efficient system
Clear accountability and ownership
Members get to work on areas they’re passionate about—leading to stronger commitment

📥Got a concern?
If any member or committee has concerns, please fill out the Incident Report Form at https://aubc.ca/rules. All decisions and actions related to such concerns will be done collectively through a votation by the Core and Committee Members.
Your support keeps AUBC strong and growing.
Thanks for being part of the club!
